Spent nine seasons with the Buccaneers and was the voice and face of the swaggering defense that was one of the best in the NFL during that time. A first round draft pick in 1995 who had surprisingly fallen to the Bucs at No.12, he blossomed under Tony Dungy and Monte Kiffin and wound up in seven Pro Bowls and was named the NFL's Defensive Player of the Year in 1999. Also memorably saw time on offense as a tight end and twice scored touchdowns. Was just 1.5 sacks behind Lee Roy Selmon for the franchise lead when left Tampa in 2004. Selected to the NFL Hall of Fame in 2013 and later the Bucs' Ring of Honor.
