Went from long-shot rookie to a dependable back-up and then starting defensive end during his six years in Tampa Bay. Was the Bucs' first man off the bench in the line rotation system used in 2001 but took a bigger money offer from the Jets to leave Tampa after that season. Played the 2002 season in New York and then left the NFL for good. Forced a key fumble in the 1999 play-off win against the Redskins. Sadly passed away from leukemia in 2022.
