Drafted for his kick return skills, he managed to return a kick-off and a punt for a touchdown (the punt score coming back on a penalty) during the 1996 pre-
season. Showed flashes of this form in the regular season but his inability to play receiver in the NFL meant he was a roster luxury the Bucs couldn't afford
and was cut in the 1997 camp. Never played in the NFL again after leaving Tampa Bay.
