Played in two games in 1983 as the third-string QB to Jack Thompson and Jerry Golsteyn having previously played against the Bucs with Detroit. He was a rookie starter in Motown in 1979 having originally been a 9th round pick of the Lions and also spent 1982 in Atlanta. His QB action came in a blowout loss to the Bears although he did hold for extra points in the game against the Oilers. Was waived in camp the following year. Passed away in 2009.
