Twice a Pro Bowler with the Bucs and one of the best linebackers the franchise has ever had. Only missed one start in his career and even then hobbled on to the field and recorded an interception. Traded to Miami during the 1985 season but never played up to the standard of his early years again. Won the Lombardi Trophy in college for the best lineman in the country and was runner-up in the Heisman Trophy that season, one of the best finishes ever by a defensive player.
