Started for most of two seasons on the offensive line including the 1979 NFC Championship Game against his old team, the Rams. Went back to the Rams for
the 1980 season before re-appearing in the USFL where he spent 1983 with the Boston Breakers and then 1984 with the same franchise when they moved to
New Orleans. Was originally a 3rd round pick of the Bears in 1974 and was later traded to the Rams. Passed in 2016.
