Started the 2013 season at left guard but was benched after two weeks and saw action the rest of the way as an additional reporting lineman and made one start in Atlanta in that role. Was obtained in a pre-draft trade with the Chicago Bears having spent two seasons and 16 starts with the NFC North team having originally been a 1st round pick in 2011 out of Wisconsin. Was released in 2014 and went on to play for the Falcons that year before leaving the NFL for good.
