Joined the Bucs in 1990 in a trade for a 1992 1st round pick that ultimately turned out to be the second overall selection. Spent his two seasons in Tampa
battling for the starting role with Vinny Testaverde and sniping in the press when he was not playing. Was released in October 1991 after another off-field bust-
up with the coaching staff. Holds a record in that he played against the Bucs for six different teams, the Colts, Cardinals, Oilers, Rams, Falcons and Bears.
