Formed a dynamic receiving partnership with Mark Carrier for three seasons and posted a 1,000-yard season himself in 1988. Hampered by injuries in his final
season with the Bucs, he did not make the 1992 squad. Caught a touchdown pass in his final NFL game against Philadelphia in 1991 but never played in the
NFL again. Was part of the rebuilding 1987 draft that saw a completely new offense emerge. The first Bucs’ player to be born on Leap Year Day.
