Spent four seasons with the Bucs and led them to the Super Bowl victory over Oakland. Started for three seasons but gave way a month into the 2004 campaign. Joined the Bucs in April 2001 as an unrestricted free agent after spending two seasons with the Washington Redskins. Played in the 2003 Pro Bowl and also came to the UK with the Bucs for the International Series game, where he played QB with British fans. Originally drafted by the Vikings in 1992 and became the starter in 1996 after a spring with the London Monarchs. Went on to play two more seasons in Minnesota and two in Dallas before retiring after the 2008 season. One of the nicest people ever to play for the Buccaneers and remains a popular social media figure.
