The third loss in a row was somewhat of a moral victory taking the two-time defending Super Bowl champions into overtime despite missing their top three wide receivers. Baker Mayfield led a game-tying drive in the final two minutes but Todd Bowles chose to kick the extra point and take the game into overtime. The Chiefs won the coin toss and drove the length of the field to win the game without the Bucs ever getting the ball.
