field to torch the Tampa defense for more points by half-time than they had allowed in the first three games total. Rachaad
White fumbled the opening kickoff and the Bucs were playing catch-up by then only attempting six rushes the entire game.
Mike Evans returned from suspension and had a pair of touchdown passes but this game was never that close.
