The disappointments of the previous week were forgotten in
Carolina as the Bucs scored on nine consective possessions,
never once punted and ran up one of their biggest road
scores in team history. Ronald Jones set a record with a 98-
yard scoring run in the third quarter and Tom Brady added
three TD passes. The defense totally shut down the Panthers
from the second quarter onwards and the Bucs moved to 7-3
on the season.
