Somehow just somehow. The Bucs ended their five-game losing streak to the Cowboys with a dramatic late victory thanks to Jameis Winston’s bootleg run inside the final minute. And you can throw in the defensive holding penalty on the Cowboys that negated a Winston fumble at the goal-line and Bradley McDougald’s clinching interception on a desperate late Dallas throw into the endzone. The Bucs’ defense held the Cowboys to just 217 yards of total offense taking advantage of facing back-up QB Matt Cassel. The Tampa offense was still without Vincent Jackson and Austin-Seferian-Jenkins but another huge game from Mike Evans proved to be just enough for the Bucs to improve their record to 4-5 on the season.
