This result led to the Bucs ending up on TV's "LA Law". A storyline had a disgruntled Bear fan suing the team
for not delivering a promised play-off calibre team. "They even lost to Tampa Bay ... twice" claimed the fan's
lawyer. It was 23-10 with just under five minutes left until Mike Tomczak came in at QB and both defenses
decided to stop playing. An amazing finish and a sweep of the Bears for Ray Perkins' team.
