Tampa Bay Buccaneers 23 Green Bay Packers 17Sunday 1 November 1987 at Milwaukee County StadiumCBS COMMENTARY CREW James Brown and Dan Jiggetts
After moving out to a 20-0 lead for the second straight week, it was nearly deja vu all over again for the Bucs as they hold off a late rally by the Packers to move to 4-3 on the season. The Green Bay recovery started when Randy Wright replaced Don Majkowski and drove the home side to two fourth quarter scores. However Steve DeBerg and Calvin Magee twice connected on third down passes to use up the final 3:45 on the clock and preserve the Buccaneer victory.
