San Diego Chargers All-time record: 1-7 The Bucs and Chargers have only met eight times over the years and not since 1996. Two of those meetings, 1992 and 1994, were thanks to both teams finishing fifth in their respective divisions the previous year, whilst the 1987 game will always be memorable for it being one of three games played by the replacement Bucs during the players' strike.
