Appeared in every game in 1981 as a back-up on the defensive line and on special teams where he blocked a potential game-winning fieldgoal by Atlanta's Mick Luckhurst to preserve a win on the way to the NFC Central Division title. Played three seasons in Buffalo before coming to Tampa and also went back to the Bills for the 1983 campaign before turning up in the USFL's final season in 1985 as a member of the Orlando Renegades, leading them in sacks with five. Was originally a 2nd round pick of the Bills in 1978.
