Spent six seasons with the Bucs, two of which were as a starting strong-side linebacker. Lost his starting role to Cato June in 2007 but returned there for the play-off game against the Giants and once again returned to his role as one of the mainstays of the special teams' squads. Used that route as his method into the NFL when he made the team as an undrafted free agent in the Super Bowl season. His father is Hall of Famer Ronnie Lott. Released in the final roster cutdown in 2008 and played one further season in Detroit before retiring from the game.
