Claimed on waivers from Carolina, saw limited action at the end of 2001 including the season finale against the Eagles. With the signing of Ken Dilger and
Marco Battaglia during the 2002 off-season, his time with the Bucs was numbered and he was released after the third pre-season game against the Redskins.
