Former Raider who was a back-up for two seasons and made five starts in 1978 when Doug Williams was injured. Took over in the 1979 NFC Championship
Game against the Rams. Turned up in the USFL playing for the Los Angeles Express during the 1983 season before future Buc Steve Young arrived to take
over the job for the following season. Also played three seasons in the Canadian Football League for the Toronto Argonauts having originally been an 8th
round pick of the Raiders in 1973.
