Experienced run-stuffing defensive end who will compete for a spot at left end to fill the role by the vacated Greg Spires. Has started 88 games over his NFL career for the 49ers and Ravens recording 335 tackles and 19 sacks. Was originally an undrafted free agent of the Ravens in 1999 who spent three years on Baltimore and New Orleans' practice squads before getting his break in the NFL.
