Profile
Finally got a chance to play after two seasons of watching others, and showed some impressive touches in the second half of the season. Started the NFC South division decider in New Orleans and completed his first 15 passes for nearly 200 yards in leading the Bucs to an astounding victory. Also started two other games in place of Jeff Garcia and cemented his position as the Bucs' No.2 QB. Missed the first half of 2006 with a torn ACL and was the designated third QB throughout 2005. Obtained on draft day 2005 from the Cleveland Browns in return for a 6th round pick. Was a fourth-round pick of the Browns in 2004. The younger brother of Raiders' quarterback Josh McCown.
