Spent five seasons as the Bucs' starting center missing only eight games in 2004 through injury. Was part of the first Buc offensive line in franchise history in 2006 to play all 16 games with the same starters. Contributed to a Bucs' touchdown on MNF v Indianapolis when he forced a fumble on an interception return that Keenan McCardell took in for a touchdown. Signed as a free agent from the Jaguars where he spent three seasons as their starting center. Was originally a 5th round pick of Jacksonville in the 1998 draft. Went on to play a handful of games for Oakland in 2009 before retiring from the NFL.
