Profile
Was playing some great football as the Bucs' starting strong safety before twice getting injured and wound up on the IR list for the final two games of the season. Had begun to show the hard-hitting style and good positional sense that a Buc strong safety needs in 2007 and was named to several All-NFC teams. Replaced John Lynch at strong safety in 2004 and played well in nine games before a broken arm ended his season. Started eight games during 2003, six at free safety and two at strong safety as the injury bug hit the Bucs badly. Played in every game as a rookie on the special teams' coverage squads having made the team as a late round pick.
