One of the most popular Bucs ever and did more to revitalise the Bucs on the arrival of Tony Dungy than any other player. Originally signed from Pittsburgh as a free agent, he led the Tampa Bay linebacking corps from the inside position. Moved to the middle in the 4-3 alignment and went to four Pro Bowls in the process. Left as a free agent and suffered through three injury-plagued years in Jacksonville and then finally Green Bay. Spent a season as the Buccaneers' radio color analyst alongside Gene Deckerhoff in the booth at every game and then went on to a coaching career including a stint in Tampa Bay under Lovie Smith.
