Started in half the games of the 1978 season at both tackle and guard. Originally a 12th round pick of the Jets in 1973, he started 56 straight games in New
York before having injury problems. Waived by the Jets in 1978 and signed with the Bucs as a free agent moving into the starting line-up for the second half of
the season. Did not make the 1979 team out of training camp.
