Tampa Bay Buccaneers 14 Detroit Lions 28 Thursday 19 October 2000 at Raymond James StadiumESPN COMMENTARY CREWMike Patrick, Paul Maguire and Joe Theisman
The Bucs had seven sacks and enough chances to put this Thursday-night game away, but wound up on the receiving end of Detroit ball control and a fourth straight loss on the season. The Bucs were 6-0 up and blocked a punt but no-one could fall on the loose ball for the touchdown. The offense fell apart in the second half as Shaun King threw three interceptions and Brian Kelly dropped what would have been a big pick of his own off Charlie Batch.
