This was a wild one. With six minutes left, nose tackle David Logan intercepted a screen pass and took it back for a TD that gave the Bucs a 27-20 lead. The Packers then launched a late drive that ended with 21 seconds remaining when Lynn Dickey hit James Lofton who ran the hook and ladder play to Gerry Ellis who scored from 36 yards out. The Bucs then held Green Bay twice in overtime before Obed Ariri kicked the game winner with 4:22 to play in the extra period. James Wilder set an NFL record by carrying the ball 43 times in one game breaking his own record set the previous year in Pittsburgh.
