Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0 Cleveland Browns 20 Sunday 13 November 1983 at Cleveland Municipal Stadium CBS COMMENTARY CREW Tom Brookshier and Charlie Waters
The Bucs lost more than a game in Cleveland as they also lost star running back James Wilder for the season when he broke a pair of ribs on a third quarter run. This was also another game in which the kicking game let them down as trailing 10-0, the Bucs had a nine-minute 2nd quarter drive stall inside the Brown's five- yard line only for Bill Capece to miss the fieldgoal wide right. A few minutes after, he missed another from 31 yards and the Bucs never threatened to score again.
